Your corporate documents are couriered, attested by MOFA and the Ministry of Justice, and assembled into a fully legalized package for the Saudi authorities.

Stage 2: Company Formation

Trade name, MISA investment license, Articles of Association and Commercial Registration — your Saudi legal entity is formed.

Stage 3A: Company Activation

Government platforms are registered and your General Manager’s visa is attested — the operational backbone and your leadership’s entry secured.

GM travel and Iqama, updated CR, workplace and payroll registration — culminating in full company activation. You are live.
